Mahmoud Khalil is an Algerian-Palestinian activist, the negotiator/spokesperson in the 2024 Gaza Encampment in solidarity with Palestine at Columbia University during the Gaza war and genocide. He has been detained by US ICE in 2025 under the second Trump Presidency.
